In 2012 Daniel was invited to join Massimo Morricone to re-stage his most successful “Romeo & Juliet”, created for Northern Ballet in 1991 under the direction of Christopher Gable.

For this revival, although the choreography had pretty much remained the same as the original, the set and costume designs were completely recreated anew for the Slovak National Ballet.

Daniel was also invited by the Slovak National Ballet to join them as they toured the production to Rome for a special week of performances which celebrated the 10 years of the Globe Theatre in Rome which is a faithful replica of the Globe Theatre in London.

Federico Bonneli and Alina Cojucaru were the special guests of Slovak National Ballet dancing the leading roles.
